Private-label, packaging, flavor, sample, and custom manufacturing work may be non-refundable after approval, sourcing, printing, production, or fulfillment has begun.
Review process
Refunds, credits, or adjustments are reviewed case by case and may require order records, photos, delivery documentation, product condition details, and written approval from ONTCSA.
Exclusions
Refunds generally do not cover buyer-side licensing issues, destination-market restrictions, refused shipments, customs delays, buyer-provided artwork errors, or changes requested after approval.
