Inspection on receipt

Buyers should inspect shipments promptly and preserve packaging, labels, photos, and delivery documents if there is a shortage, damage, quality concern, or receiving discrepancy.

Return authorization

Returns require prior written authorization. Custom, printed, private-label, opened, altered, or market-restricted goods may be ineligible for return.

Claims documentation

Claims may require photos, batch or lot references, order details, carrier notes, delivery timing, and a written description of the issue.
